I never figured out how to use DeviantArt, I know I should have switched over to drawing furries fucking or something, but it's just not something that called to me. I'm not upset or feel like it was a waste of time, I think lots of people saw my shit. I didn't make any money along the way, I mean literally no money at all in 8 years. I wasn't offered jobs, I reached out a few times and once got screwed and wasted my time and other times it didn't even get that far. I'm generally of the impression that DeviantArt isn't very serious. Again that's not a bad thing, I'm not very serious either, but as I wanted to take my art more seriously it did
